LEASE AGREEMENT
1. Liability for Damages
The Lessee is responsible for any damage found in the room after the inventory. This includes, but is not limited to, stains or damage to linens, paint, furniture, and utensils. Any damage will be charged to the Lessee.
2. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, including showers, kitchens, and balconies. Any violation will result in a fine of 25,000 CFA francs.
3. Check-Out Time
The Lessor will contact the Lessee 30 minutes before check-out to arrange for an inventory and avoid any penalties.
4. Two-Wheeled Vehicles
The Lessor declines all responsibility for motorcycles or any other two-wheeled vehicles.
5. Use of Air Conditioning
The shower, kitchen, and balcony doors must be closed when the air conditioner is in use.
6. Maximum Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 2.
7. Moving Furniture
Moving furniture in the room is strictly prohibited.
8. Use of Television Ports
Touching, handling, or plugging devices into the television ports is prohibited.
9. Hallways and Stairways
Parking, stopping, or obstructing the residence's hallways and stairways is prohibited.
10. Excessive Noise
The Tenant must avoid excessive noise that could disturb other occupants.
11. Garbage Management
Garbage must only be disposed of in the designated bins. Flushing it down the toilet is strictly prohibited.
12. Identification
Guests must present valid physical identification upon check-in.
The Tenant's identification will be retained by the Landlord until after the departure inventory.
13. Shower Mats
Shower mats are prohibited outside the room.
14. Forgotten Items
Forgotten items must be collected within a maximum of one month. After this period, the residence declines all liability.
15. Refunds
No refunds are possible after payment.
16. Appliances and Furniture
In the event of a problem with the furniture or appliances, the customer must immediately notify reception.
It is strictly forbidden to attempt to repair or disassemble an appliance in the event of a malfunction.
17. Food and Beverages
The importation of food and beverages from outside is prohibited, except for fresh food intended for preparation.
18. Prohibition of Violence and Disturbances
The TATA Residence is a place of rest and tranquility. Therefore, any form of fight or violent argument, including between couples, is strictly prohibited. In the event of an incident, management reserves the right to immediately alert law enforcement
